Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Richard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul-Emile Proulx and Patricia Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fraser; his children, Yannick (Josianne), Roxanne and Christopher (Kyana); his grandchildren, Marie-Eve and Dylan; his great grandchild Théodore; his sister Debbie; and his pet Blaze. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends.
