Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alice Wortman (Havelock, Québec), born in Hillsborough, New Brunswick, who passed away, on September 9, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hopper and Gertrude Hopper (Wright); her husband James "Jim" Wortman; her children, Wanita and James (Sonny); her grandson Craig Nichols; and her great grandchild James Wortman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Brewer (Bill) and Linda Nichols (Peter); her brothers, Arnold and Donald Hopper; her children-in-law, Sharon and George Havelock; and her sister-in-law Joyce. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, family and friends will be invited to a Celebration of Alice's Life at the family cottage at a later date followed by a private family Graveside Service at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
