It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Carter (Havelock, Québec), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Lillian Carter and Frederick Charles Carter; and his siblings, Ron (Ludy), Margaret and Les (Eileen). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and their children.
