It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angelo De Fazio (Lachine, Québec), who passed away on February 6, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Petronilla; and his son Giovanni. He is survived by: his children, Raffaella, Natale, Domenico, Adelina and Giuseppe. He is also survived by His numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as his in-laws, nieces and nephews.
