He is survived by: his spouse Marika Kalamotousakis Vavoulas; his children, Nick and Ifigenia; his grandchildren, Brandie, Calee, Paul and Johnny (Helen); and his brother Steve. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and all other family and friends.
