He was predeceased by: his daughter Maria. He is survived by: his wife Maria Mattea D'Aprile; his children, Lili (Jimmy), Costanzo (Filomena), Annie (Nick) and Raffaella (Domenico); and his grandchildren, Michael (Amanda), Claudia, Vanessa, Amanda, Kayla, Matthew, Adam and Victoria. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer Foundation would be appreciated.
