He was predeceased by : his wife Connie Merkivicius. He is survived by : his children, Susan, Cathy (Dave), Joe, David (Martine), Dorothy (Andrew) and Jim (Kathryn); and his grandchildren, Chris (Scotia), Geoff, Ember and Wren.
