He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michèle (Adam), Heather (Josh) and Jaime; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Andy), Cathryn, Elsie, Grace, Kashton, Nathan and Oliver; his parents, Dorothy Ogden (Lydiatt-Vokes) and Alfred Ogden; his sisters, Elizabeth Meyers and Margaret Engholm; and his wife Sally Farmer (August).
