He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Susan (Jamie), Gillian (Johnny) and Carolyn (Steve); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, William, Alec, Cameron, Kayla, Hannah, Jessica and Joey.
