He is survived by : his wife Roslyn; his sons, Chad (Hyo) and Heath (Mark); his brother Simon Slawner; his nieces and nephews, Karen, Lisa, Greg and Howard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna, Eric and Aster. He is also survived by his family, many friends.
