She was predeceased by: her former husband Claude Simpson. She is survived by: her son Bob (Miriam); her grandchildren, Mia and Evan; her brothers, Mike Thibodeau (Gerri) of Leamington and David Thibodeau (Cynthia) of Ottawa; and her cousin Pat Trepanier (Bernie) of Ottawa. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the J. J. Cardinal Funeral Home (2125 Rue Notre Dame, Lachine, QC H8S2G5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Hospital in Montreal, or the Anglican Church of All Saints by the Lake in Dorval.
