Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She is survived by: her husband Julius Gergye; her son Bruno (Brigitte); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Christine and Jason; and her brother Mirko. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
