In the sacred silence of farewell, Barry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Barry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Harriet Schachter; his children, Allie (Phil Offman), Adam (Joelle) and Paulie (Ron); his brother Larry; and his sister-in-law Mitzi.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
