He was predeceased by: his parents, Wah Ying Hum and Yu Ching Wong; his sibling-in-law Sing Kong Yuen; and his brother Wing On Robert Hum. He is survived by: his wife Yung Kwan Tam; his children, Wilson Tam, Wendy Tam and Betty Tam; his children-in-law, Hilda Lau, Dzuy Nguyen and Ravi Vijayendran; his grandchildren, Haley Tam, Ally Nguyen, Isla and Ian Vijayendran; his sister Yuk Fong Yuen; Susan Hum. He is also survived by wife and children.
