He was predeceased by: his wife Eveline; and his brother Mahlon. He is survived by: his children, Gillian (Greg), Derek (Julia), Leila (Jean-Jacques) and Wendy (François). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five brothers and sisters and their families, a large extended family, and long-time friends.
