She was predeceased by: her husband Lionel; her parents, Anne Hercy and Isadore Hercy; her siblings, Shirley Fisher (Jack Esbin) and Hank; and her sister-in-law Suzanne Zimmerman.

She is survived by: her children, Sheldon (Corinne) and Roddy (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Chantal Zimmerman, Josh Akerflug, Brandon Zimmerman, Shirley Salomon, Frank, Richard and Joe Zimmerman; her great grandchildren, Nate Akerflug, Ethan and Zachary Zimmerman; and her siblings, Phyllis Hercy, Elaine (Peter Rodman), Robin Hercy Olin and Stephen Hercy. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
