He is survived by: his father Fouad Abou Assali; his siblings, Souheil (Amal), Joseph (Pascale), Mekael, Sonia (Mike), Adma, Hala, Maha (Joseph), Chadia and Rima (Robert); and his siblings' children, Maya, Linda, Mireille, Jennifer, Mariana, Rosalinda, Milana, Léa, Dalia, Mikella, Milad, François, Chadi, Fouad, Rawad, Ricardo, Léo, Marc and Joshua. He is also survived by his uncles and aunts, his cousins, many other relatives and friends.

Donations in his memory may be made to St-Mary's Antiochian Orthodox Church (Al Sayde).
