He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephanie. He is survived by: his wife Pam Melnick; his son Mitchell (Pamela); and his siblings, Lillian (Aaron Rudolph) and Peter (Suzanne Berbrier). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
