He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazzan Nathan Mendelson and Mae Chazin Mendelson; and his sister Aura Leah Mendelson. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Kotler; his sons, Michael (Debi) and Robert; his siblings, Dr. Joseph (Susan Mendelson), Dr. Rebekah (Norman Fassler) and Rabbi Jacob (Rashi Mendelson); and his siblings-in-law, Murray and Elsa Kotler. He is also survived by nephews, family, and friends.
