He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Eric Tiffany; his siblings, Seymour (Simmie) and Janet Salsberg; his brother-in-law Samuel Mallin; and his siblings' children, Karen Bregman and Stephen Bregman.

He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Mallin; his children, Lisa, Valerie and Matthew; his child-in-law Duberlis Ramos; his sister Micki (Asher Bregman); and his sibling's children, Ira (Helen), Jonathan Salsberg (Diane), Nina (Andrew) and Peter Bregman (Marisol).
