She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Levitt and Hymie Levitt; her husband David Rubin; her sister Essie; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Linder, Jimmy Rubin, Lillian, Sydney, Libby, Jack, Lily, Moe and Shirley.

She is survived by : her children, Mark (Halina), Elaine Golick and Joyce (Michael Siroky); her grandchildren, Tara Rebecca, Julie, Jeffrey, Howard, Philip and Bev; and her sister-in-law Rosa. She is also survived by nephews, family and friends.

Contributions in Frances' memory may be made to any charity that supports the State of Israel.
