He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Alter and Ben Slabotsky; and his siblings, Philip Slabotsky (Brenda Walter) and Charna Slabotsky (Murray Rose). He is survived by: his wife Lorna Shearer; his daughters, Karen and Melanie (Steven); his sister Alice Anidjar (Kenny Slabotsky); his sisters-in-law, Louise and Lorraine Shearer; and his nieces and nephews, Randee, Cary Kurtz, Tania, Kim, Brian Slabotsky, Alan, Joy, Leora Walter and Christine Shearer. He is also survived by his family and dear friends.
