He was predeceased by: his daughter Ellen; his brother Raymond Abramovitz (Hal Ritchie); his parents, Sam and Dora; and his in-laws, Beatrice and Joseph Abramovitz.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Abramovitz); his children, Bonnie (Sandy Jesion) and Adam; his brother Morton (Moty); and his nieces and nephews, Aviva, Xavier Guidis and Salomé.
