He was predeceased by: his parents, Onufry Krywiak and Maria Bakasia. He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Starek; his children, Alicia and Thomas; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Rosen; his granddaughters, Annabelle and Scarlett; and his siblings, Michael and Mary (Clive Prideaux). He is also survived by extended family, friends.
