She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon Cohen; her siblings, Clary (Sam Abramovitch), Millie (Saul Globus), Sara (Larry Kahn), Mac (Rae Guttman), Louis (Clara Goodman), Charles (Yetta Goodman), Manny (Sadye Goodman), Sammy (Jean Guttman) and Elliot; her sister-in-law Freda Cohen; and her parents, Harry Guttman and Ida Guttman.
She is survived by: her daughter Elissa; her son-in-law John Kovac; her grandchildren, Evan, Victoria Kovac, Adam Kovac, Lauren and Daniel Smajovits; and her great grandchildren, William, Emilia, Nathan, Avery and Asher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
