He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Shugar and Mattie Levine; his children, Joel (Andrea) and Amy (Scott); his grandchildren, Emma, Allie, Meghan, Riley, Carter, Ryan, Evan and Brendan; his sister Roslyn (Peter); his nieces, Tammy, Jody (Mitchell) and Heidi (Rob); his friend Jennifer Shugar; his brother Phil; and his brother-in-law Peter.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruby Foo's Hotel (7655 Bd Décarie, Montréal, QC H4P2H2).
