With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Louise Kazuko Tanabe Duquette (Montréal, Québec), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Louise Kazuko Tanabe left this world on June 14, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Robert Duquette; her children, Jo-Ann (Avner), Chantal (Nick), Celine (Marc) and Ron (Catherine); and her great grandchildren, Tasai, Jack, Sophie, Tessa, Loren, Clelia and Rhys.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges in the Salon Peupliers des Saule on Sunday (4525 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V1E7). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family will be making donations to: Missions Étrangères, Les Soeurs Missionnaires du Christ-Roi in Tokyo and the Japanese Cultural Community Center Montreal.
