He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Debbye Amram Rimer; his children, Avraham, Sarita, David, Michal, Leah and Malkah; his parents-in-law, Victor and Dora; his siblings, Ed (Bracha) and Moran Leibowitz; and his siblings-in-law, Raquel, Zaky Betesh and Esther Amram.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 10th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7). A shiva was held on Sunday, March 10th 2024, on Friday, March 15th 2024 and at 5615 Av. Melling, Côte Saint-Luc, QC H4W2C1.
