She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Smith; her parents, Harry Shapiro and Esther Shapiro; her sister Miriam Feldgaier; and her siblings-in-law, George Grosz, Annie, Moe Liebman, Larry, Rose Smith and Joan Usheroff Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sanford (Joy Smith), Rhonda (Sheldon Nutkevitch) and Teddy (Sharon Smith); her brother Harold (Rona Shapiro); and her siblings-in-law, Irving, Jean Feldgaier and Etty. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
