She was predeceased by: her husbands, Louis Vaintrub and Seymour Issenman; her parents, Fanny Cohen and Julius Cohen; her parents-in-law, Mina and Charles Vaintrub; her brother Jason Cohen; her siblings-in-law, Anne Cohen Michaels, Sam and Mildred Vaintrub; her niece Kristine Cohen Michaels; and her stepdaughter Leanne Sanders.

She is survived by: her children, Ellen Gayle Vaintrub Brozak (Jerry Dynbort) and Reysa Diane Vaintrub; her grandchildren, Lee and Aly Brozak; her great grandchild Hayden Bailey Brozak; and her caregiver Trina.
