He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Officer; his siblings-in-law, Dave Etinson and Sheila Ross; his parents, Pearl Hitzig and Harry Segal; and his parents-in-law, Ruth Bell and Saul Officer.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Segal and Terry Segal (Kelly Castiel); his son-in-law John Moncarz; his sister Beatrice; and his caregiver Chan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
