He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Dubinsky and Issie Dubinsky; his siblings, Morris Dubinsky and Reva Salm; and his siblings-in-law, Moe Meilman, Fanny and Herbie Issley.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Azeff; his sons, Joel (Heather Braverman) and Warren Kowarsky; and his sister-in-law Irene. He is also survived by friends and colleagues and his extended family.
