He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Flora; and his siblings, Herbert and Marilyn. He is survived by: his spouse Bryna Gartenberg; and his children, Michael (Galit), Daniel and Tamara (Steven). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family and many friends.
Contributions in Norman's memory may be made to the Jewish Public Library or to Na'amat Canada's Emergency Fund.
