He is survived by: his wife Sandra Di Adamo; his son Nicholas Rosario Milanetti; his brother Joseph; his father-in-law Antonio (Luisa); and his siblings-in-law, Vince (Stephanie) and Teresa. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, family and friends.

Paul fought a valiant battle of Thyroid cancer for 3 years and in lieu of flowers a donation in Paul's memory may be made to the ENT and ICU Chest of the MUHC Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation.
