He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaspard Rioux and Patricia Rioux; and his brother-in-law Richard Brown (Alice Ouellette). He is survived by: his sister Anne Marie Brown Lilianne (Fredericton); and his sibling's children, Shawna Lynn Verburgh (Dieppe) and Brian Brown (Fredericton).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the O'Regan's Funeral Home (515 Everard H Daigle Boul, Grand-Sault, NB E3Z 2R5). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Roman Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Grand Falls Branch # 21 Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family.
