He was predeceased by : his daughter Jacqueline. He is survived by : his spouse Annemarie Strixner; his child Kim (Patrick Carter); his grandchildren, Kelly, Chelsea and Patricia; and his cousin Rita. He is also survived by his relatives and friends.
