He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Peter Azwelos (Keren Dayan) and Ora Azwelos; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn, Ralph, Suzie, Simon, Jocelyn, Jerry, Nancy and Martin. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
