He was predeceased by : his wife Maude Fowles-Steele; and his siblings, Frank Steele, Levi Steele, Harold Steele, Sybil Steele-Pink, Florence Steele-Chambers, Christine Steele-Bailey and Doris Steele-Fuller.
He is survived by : his children, Abraham Steele, Ponzita Steele, Sandra Steele, Antonio Steele, Jacqueline Steele, Jason Steele and Macain Steele; his grandchildren, Robert Sinclair-Steele, Latoya Palmer-Dawes, Roderick Steele, Camille St. John, Adrian Palmer, Craig Steele, Bianca Arrington-Steele, Krystal St. John, Kayla Sinclair-Steele, Kevin Steele, Dimitri Young, Kaaliyah Steele, Jasmine Steele, Jason Steele Jr., Sarah Steele and Kobe Smith; his great grandchild Roman Alexander-Steele; his siblings, Ernest Steele and Joyce Steele-Cummings; and his sister-in-law Gloria Robinson-Steele. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, caregivers, church family members and friends.
