She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Leiner; her child Mel Schafer; her sister Joyce Morris; and her siblings-in-law, Beatrice and Leonard Ellison.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda (Allan Landsman) and Marvin (Marci Leiner); her grandchildren, Karen, Jason McIntyre, Heidi Levine, Mike Deskin, Matthew Leiner and Aaron Brown; her great grandchildren, Jordan McIntyre, Mason and Isla Deskin; and her sister Bernice (Stanley Morris). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
