He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haddad and Salemi Haddad; and his sister Nadia (Monther). He is survived by: his spouse Jackie; his children, Billy (Keri) and Kim; his grandsons, Jack and Ben; and his nephews, Jason (Linda) and Andy. He is also survived by his cousins and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's memory may be made to Maison St. Rafaël or St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
