He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Roth; his daughters, Karen (Robert Spevack), Barbara (Josh Denes) and Michelle (Blair Johnson); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Jordan Spevack, Matthew, Ryan Denes, Megan and Branden Johnson; his sisters, Sharon (Michael Berger) and Elaine Roth; his niece Miriam; his nephew Richard Hoolahan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca and Lennon Hoolahan; and his sons, Michael, Robert (Bettina) and Allan Roth.
