She was predeceased by: her husband Alberto; and her sister Ruth Smith. She is survived by: her children, Fred, Adele, Sherry, Eleanor, Richard and Lorraine; her grandchildren, David, Erika, Cynthia, Josh, Noémi, Moussa, Tobie and Lianne; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Allie, Evan, Avi, Clara and Juliette; her friend Gabriel Safdie; and her art pals, Eva Juul, Tzippy Corber, Michel Tousignant, François Renaud and Dominic Dubé. She is also survived by mother to her three children, and a devoted doctor's wife.
