He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Avila Perez; his daughter Olivia Shay Arruda; his parents, Joao Gabriel Arruda and Maria Margarida Arruda; his mother-in-law Blanca Perez; his siblings, Angie (José Ferreira), Johnny (Aleluia Machado), Ana Maria (Carlos Varao) and Helena; his brother-in-law Roberto; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly (Felipe), Kevin (Samantha), Melissa (Kevin), Jeffrey (Victoria), Vanessa, Samuel, Julie, Audrey, Nicolas, Cristian and Angelia; and his uncle Manuel Arruda (Leontina). He is also survived by his cousins, many other relatives and friends.
