He is survived by: his spouse JJ Jacobs; his sons, Mitchell (Sheree) and Douglas (Meghan); his siblings-in-law, Bobby and Marilyn Chazonoff; his grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Sami, Luke, Lilly and Haley; his sibling's children, Danny, Mandy and Lori Chazonoff; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sami, Noah, Charlie, Brooke, Spencer and Carly; and his daughter Tiffany.
