He was predeceased by: his sisters, Lillian Novick Lubitsch and Rose Novick Pellatt; and his niece Anna Pellatt. He is survived by: his wife Vita Carson Novick; his children, Richard (Terri), Howard (Claudy), Shari (Amy) and Randy (Mark); his brother Arthur (Paulabel); and his grandsons, Jason (Elizabeth), Daniel Novick (Maryna), Jacob, Justin Novick and Carson Crestohl.
