He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ida Steinberg Pencer; his sons, Gary Pencer (Inna Babina), Max Pencer (Linda Rapp) and Richard Pencer; his parents, Harry Pencer and Clara Pencer; his sisters, Judy (Sam Pencer) and Nancy (Gerry Pencer); his siblings-in-law, Brahm, Carole Steinberg, Gerald Steinberg, Robert and Mona Steinberg; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle, Zachary, Emily, Margaret Sybil, Clara, Harry, Jane, Sophie, Sammy and Adam. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
