He was predeceased by : his parent Marshall Fraser; his brothers-in-law, Whit Whytewood and Robert Brunette; and his father-in-law David Armstrong. He is survived by : his parent Gladys Fraser (Higgins); his wife Anne Armstrong; his daughter Alexandria "Allie"; his sisters, Marsha Brunette, Cheryl Whytewood and Donna Fraser; and his mother-in-law Tillie Armstrong (Truro). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
