She was predeceased by : her husband Ervin Powell; her parents, Sydney Cambell and Jane Powell; and her brothers, Warren and Myles.

She is survived by : her children, Betty (late Kenneth), Eldon (Anola) and Evelyn (Gerald); her grandchildren, Myles, Angie, Jason, Heather, Ellis, Clayton and Lisa; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Harrison. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
