He was predeceased by : his parents, Philippe McBrearty and Bertha McBrearty of Nouvelle Quebec; and his siblings, Ruth (late Edgar LaBillois), Opal (late Yvon Guité), Eileen, Stella, Ruby, Robert (late Betty Dalziel), Harvey (late Teresa Noonan), Leo (late Dorrie Thompson), Ralph (late Rose Aimée Laviolette), Ruben, Albert and Russell (late Jeanne-Mance Pilote).
He is survived by : the mother of his children Bibian; his children, Michael (Donna), Danny and Caroline (Steve); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Sean), Michael (Lindsy), Lisa and Madison; his great grandchildren, Emma, Evelyn and Olivia; and his siblings, Mary Grace (late Mansfield Williamson), Oben (late Liliane Bujold) and Lawrence (Louise Vigneault). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
