He was predeceased by : his parents, Denis Richard and Florence Lavigne. He is survived by : his wife Monique Dinel; his children, Michel (Tara), Manon (Ricky) and Denis; his grandchildren, Tyson, Dakoda, O'Livia, Joël, Richard, Alexis, Isabelle, Jerzie, Brooklyn, Johnathan and Jessica; and his siblings, Henry (Dan), Claude (Donna), Luke (Kathleen) and Kim (Jacques). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHEO 4 North Wing would be appreciated.
